About the Role
Job Brief
The position works closely with business users, vendors and the Project Management Office (PMO) to define project scope, document and validate business requirements, and ensure deliverables align with project timelines. The role supports initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering and documentation through development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while proactively identifying gaps, mitigating risks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate and facilitate requirement gathering discussions or discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users to define scope, plan detailed approaches, and ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives.
- Understand, validate, and document business needs; recommend and implement process, system, or workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
