Bus Driver

We are the largest independent bus operator in Wiltshire, with a fleet of 60 vehicles serving North and West Wiltshire and Bath.

We are based in Chippenham, primarily operating from our Bumpers Farm depot, with outstations near Melksham, Devizes, Trowbridge, and Frome.

We offer full‑time, part‑time, and weekend‑only positions, with flexible hours generally between 45-50 hours per week or 1-4 days per week. Shifts typically last 9-10 hours.

Pay rates range from £15.50 to £20.70 per hour, depending on the shift and time.

Our fleet includes Optare Solos, Enviro 200/400s, and Volvo buses, used for rural, inter‑urban, and contracted services.

Applicants must hold a PCV Category D licence and current DCPC. Benefits include cycle‑to‑work schemes, free/subsidised travel, and sick pay.
