Assign work to drivers and mates, ensuring efficient use of vehicles and manpower, and monitor performance to make necessary adjustments. Plan daily transport using Paragon, optimising routes and minimising costs while maintaining high customer service standards. Ensure all drivers and mates follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage their induction, training, and retraining as needed. Maintain compliance with vehicle and driver legislation, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Produce transport statistics and maintain accurate records for internal and external use. Assist with warehouse tasks, including processing orders, producing pick lists, dispatch notes, and load sheets.
