**Bulk Plant Operator – Charlotte, NC**
_3rd shift: 11pm-7am_
This is an hourly level position.
**Position Summary:**
Bulk Plant Operators are responsible for the loading of flour into trucks and rail cars. The process operates continuously and is staffed seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Perform operational duties in an industrial, flour loading facility
+ Monitor various loading parameters and physically take readings from machinery during the loading process
+ Assess current operating conditions and make process adjustments as needed to keep critical product specifications
