Knowledge and Qualifications

• Knowledge of assembly processes for TRIM, CHASSIS, FINAL and VEHICLE CERTIFICATION
• Basic systems of models assembled at Saltillo Truck: DJ, D2, DD, DP, DX, DS, DT
• Minimum competencies required for the functional groups of Electrical, Powertrain, ISD, Chassis
• Operation of tools, conveyors, fixtures, poka yokes, machines and equipment used in the automotive assembly process
• Automotive Manufacturing Standards and Federal Regulations for Automobiles, such as government and product requirements: SPW, PS, MQGRs, Corporate Surveys of the process
• Knowledge of Quality and Manufacturing indicators in Internal and External KPIs such as FTQ OUT, FTQ IN, DRR (FTC), DVX, PQG, 3MIS, 1MIS, SCA, SCRAP and LINE STOPS (FIS)
