We are partnering with a large Sydney based university seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a major CMDB and Service Lifecycle uplift initiative. This role is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly understand the current landscape, and continue progressing a significant body of work already completed across multiple streams.
The environment is heavily focused on ServiceNow CMDB, governance, service lifecycle maturity, and alignment across infrastructure, cloud and operational support teams. Existing analysis and remediation work has already been completed by both internal and external parties, including ServiceNow assessments of the current CMDB state.
