Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution units.
- Ensure all equipment and utilities are operating at peak efficiency to minimize downtime for the facility.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and international standards (HSE) while performing on-site repairs.
- Document all maintenance activities and provide clear technical updates to the Site Supervisor or Facility Manager.
