Building Services Lead

Job Description
Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors and Suppliers
Perform building M&E Design for ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, PA, Telecom, Lighting, Extra Low Voltage, Lightning Protection and Earthing
Coordinate with procurement Team for tender quotation and project claims
Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Process Mechanical and Control team for construction shop drawings
Coordinate and handover Building TOP/CSC, O&M Manual / As Built drawings to client
Support Project Team for schedule or manpower arrangements
Supervise/coordinate installation and testing and commissioning of Building Services packages
Develop cost estimates for B&S equipment and B&S works, including scheduling B&S works
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably in water, wastewater, WTE projects
