About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance pertaining to buildings/property management including but not limited to janitorial/cleanliness of the office/common areas, landscape, pest control, cafeteria support, office equipment, and other general facility services including Civil related works.
- Assist in supervising vendors, ensuring vendors carry out works safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures, timely completion, and quality standard work.
- Assist in regular inspection of Facility to ensure that all corrective/preventive maintenance programs are implemented effectively in compliance with instructions and guidelines.
- Liaise with management, stakeholders, and vendors to execute project and repair works, follow through to provide supervision and co-ordination in accordance to plans.
