to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting projects and take pride in delivering high-quality results. This position involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coats, and ensuring a clean and professional finish on all jobs. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming. Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mix and match paint colors for proper texture and shade. Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers. Protect adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
