Our work spans purpose-built rental, affordable and attainable homeownership, strata commercial, and hotel developments. We don’t just develop real estate. We operate it too. In 2023, we launched Chard Property Group to provide professional property and asset management services to our growing portfolio. Today, CPG manages several Chard-owned buildings, with plans to extend our Uncommon Care approach to third-party clients who share our values.
