Building Management Systems Engineer & HIL

We are looking for a BMS HIL Engineer to validate Battery Management Systems using HIL platforms, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability of EV battery systems.

• Develop and execute HIL test cases for BMS
• Configure and maintain HIL setups (dSPACE / Vector / NI)
• Validate BMS functions: SoC, SoH, cell balancing, thermal management
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• Analyze results and perform debugging & RCA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain test documentation
• Strong knowledge of BMS and Li-ion battery systems
• Hands‑on experience with HIL testing tools (dSPACE / CANoe / NI)
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Python/CAPL
