Building Maintenance Technician

Job ID: 37234762 Location: Rochester, MN (Onsite) Duration: 3 months Primary duty is to ensure that systems and equipment perform their proposed function in a satisfactory manner. The equipment and systems must be maintained as such to produce the accurate results needed to meet compliance to the related codes and standards. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including excellent human relations skills to interact with staff, visitors, and patients. Job Responsibilities: Performs inspections and testing on a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating, and cooling systems. Perform inspections and testing on a variety of fire protection and other life safety equipment including: Fire Extinguishers, Fire Dampers, Fire Doors, Emergency Showers, Emergency lighting, Exit Signage and Egress Lighting.
