Job Overview

The Building Maintenance Technical Engineer Specialist at Globe Telecom is responsible for the upkeep of equipment and facilities, providing core and in-depth technical know-how in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing system (MEPS) operations with high expertise in preventive and troubleshooting/corrective maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures the Preventive Maintenance calendar is timely and properly executed for building operations reliability specially for critical equipment serving building occupants and facility systems.
• Leads the incident management team in terms of technical expertise in resolving Equipment Downtime or Building System Trouble restoring the affected services in the shortest possible time.
• Ensures continuous (24/7) service availability of critical facilities supporting building services and all business functions at corporate office.
