About the Role
Responsibilities
- Regular checking / inspection of building premises such as walls, ceiling, floors, etc.
- Conduct regular checking of the building to maintain general upkeep of the building.
- Repair / replacements of broken doors, windows, glass, walls, ceiling, etc.
- Minor repair / renovation works such as painting works, new office setup, wall partitions, doors, etc.
- Construction related work requirements such as masonry, tiling, painting, architectural, electrical, mechanical and other related works as the need arises.
- Finished assigned special projects for needed or necessary in the Building.
- Provide service reports for assessment of the reported problems and concerns.
- Conduct Electric and Water meter reading every month for billing and monitoring purposes. (if necessary)
- Regular checking and inspection of all equipments in the building such as transformer, generators, elevators, pump...
