THE BRAND
Deconstruct makes skincare that doesn't hide behind marketing. No miracle claims. No filler ingredients. Just clinically proven formulations, ingredient transparency, and a growing base of consumers who actually read labels.
We're scaling fast — and we need a Brand Manager who can keep the brand sharp while the business moves quickly.

THE ROLE
You will own brand positioning, new product development support, consumer insights, and integrated marketing. You'll measure what you build. You'll fix what doesn't work. You'll coordinate across product, design, PR, and agencies — and ensure every piece of communication is accurate, on-brand, and compliant.
This isn't a creative-only role. It isn't an analytics-only role. It's both — and you'll need to move between them comfortably.
