About the Role

Brand Manager

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

Key Responsibilities

  • Works proactively with the sales team to identify and develop programs to generate sustainable sales and proper alignment with existing market plans.
  • Collaborates and builds amazing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to advance the business marketplace performance.
  • Manages Brand P&L and portfolio strategies.
  • Oversees and drives the business process in close coordination with the Management team.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of work-related experience, preferably handling fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands.
  • Prior experience from preferred companies is highly advantageous (e.g., URC, Rebisco, Monde Nissin, Liwayway, ...
