Brand Ambassador

Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to represent our pharmacy store. You will help promote health and wellness products, assist customers, and create a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Promote pharmacy products, supplements, and ongoing promotions
• Educate customers on proper product usage (non-medical advice only)
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
• Coordinate with the pharmacy team to support daily operations
• Gather and share customer feedback with management
• Follow company policies and health & safety standards

• At least second year college level (required for TESDA NC III eligibility)
