Job Description

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
• Lead, mentor, and train branch staff to promote teamwork and enhance performance.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or relevant role
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, experience in marketing, sales management, and sales training, proficiency in written and verbal communication
