Branch Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead a bathroom sales showroom. The role involves managing daily branch operations, building strong relationships with trade clients, and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and motivating a team of 4 sales staff
* Developing trade customer relationships and growing sales
* Overseeing showroom standards and branch operations
* Monitoring targets, performance, and customer service
* Supporting staff training and development
Requirements:
* Previous sales management experience, ideally within bathrooms, kitchens, or a high ticket product
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Trade sales experience preferred
* Target-driven with a hands-on approach
Working hours:
* 6-day week
* 8:00am – 5:00pm
