Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Business Manager (BM) for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partners, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring portfolio quality in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HL and LAP sales in Bardoli and Navsari location
- Source business through DSA, Channel Partners, Brokers, and Direct Sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
