Responsibilities
- Being in charge of the day to day operations of the branch
- Preparation of work schedule, ensures that there is enough number of NA’s on the floor
- Coach, motivates, guide and evaluate staff performance
- Welcomes customers and guests, in charge of receiving payments
- Generate additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate services
- Handles customer concerns
- Checks and monitors supplies inventory, immediately advise the head office of unavailable items/stock in the branch
- Perform any other tasks that management may require
