Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Branch Head for the BLAP vertical at Lucknow location. The role requires strong team handling experience along with expertise in secured lending/business loan against property sales and branch management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive overall branch business performance
- Lead, train, and monitor the sales team
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets
- Handle sourcing of BLAP cases through DSA/channel/network
- Ensure portfolio quality and process compliance
- Develop strong market presence and customer relationships
