BPO Supervisor – Manila, National Capital Region (Philippines). Responsible for managing end‑to‑end health claims administration services for a leading U.S. health plan.
Oversee a team of claims processors, ensuring high quality service, productivity, and compliance. Maintain and improve operational processes through effective supervision, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
