About the Role

  • Oversee daily operations to meet and exceed SLAs, KPIs, and performance goals through effective team management, coaching, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with support teams (e.g., Recruitment, Training, Quality, HR) to enhance employee performance, retention, and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and root cause analyses to address gaps, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with security and attendance standards.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder (any course)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Operations Supervisor
  • Must have people management experience (direct reports are Team Leader level)
  • Experienced in handling Health/Life Insurance campaign
  • Can work onsite and do night shift schedule
