About the Role
- Oversee daily operations to meet and exceed SLAs, KPIs, and performance goals through effective team management, coaching, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with support teams (e.g., Recruitment, Training, Quality, HR) to enhance employee performance, retention, and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and root cause analyses to address gaps, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with security and attendance standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder (any course)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Operations Supervisor
- Must have people management experience (direct reports are Team Leader level)
- Experienced in handling Health/Life Insurance campaign
- Can work onsite and do night shift schedule
