Introduction

As a BPM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using industry-leading BPM tools and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect BPM solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions that optimize business processes and enhance overall productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using BPM tools such as IBM BPM.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and define BPM solution requirements.
3. Develop custom BPM workflows, forms, and user interfaces using Java EE technologies such as Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), JavaServer Faces (JSF), and JavaServer Pages (JSP).
