BOS Client Sales Executive

Overview

The BOS Client Executive in Customer Unit Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka is a critical role focused on driving growth within the OSS/BSS portfolio, and across IT Managed Services and Application Development and Maintenance (ADM). The position is responsible for collaborating with Key Accounts and working closely with the Cloud, Software, and Services Domain in Market Area (MA) and the Business Area Cloud Software and Services (BCSS) to expand sales across these portfolios, align with Ericsson’s strategic goals, and develop roadmaps for upselling.

What You Will Do

• Portfolio Growth: Drive growth across OSS/BSS, IT Managed Services, and ADM portfolios, including expanding beyond flow business.
• Lead upselling and cross‑selling efforts while maintaining lifecycle sales ownership for key accounts.
