Boomi Integrations Support Engineer

Job Description
The Boomi Integration Support Engineer will provide production support and operational ownership for enterprise integration platforms, with a primary focus on Dell Boomi. This role supports both on premise runtimes and Boomi Managed Cloud Services (MCS), delivering time shift operational coverage from Pacific Time and handling all aspects of Boomi troubleshooting and incident resolution. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving integration failures across APIs, message queues, file transfers, and backend systems; performing in depth Boomi process debugging related to connectors, mappings, profiles, error handling, and performance bottlenecks; and supporting and maintaining Globalscape Managed File Transfer (MFT) integrations.
