Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support tax planning and preparation processes.
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Financial Management or Any business Course.
- Know how to prepare payment, report & submission for monthly remittances to SSS, PHIC, & HDMF.
- Know how to prepare Annual Financial Statement.
- Knows how to bookkeeping.
- Updating of supplier ledger accounts.
- Updating of accounts Receivable and payables.
- Weekly & Monthly Profit & Loss / Financial Statement.
- Knows how to prepare monthly & quarterly BIR remittances (1601C,1601E,1601FQ,1702Q,2550Q etc.) and will deal to all BIR related concern.
