About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Customer Service Assistant to support daily financial tasks and order processing. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in QuickBooks .
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks (data entry, categorization)
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and basic follow-ups
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and order records
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone as needed
- Support general administrative and customer service tasks
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
