The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, expertise in financial reporting, and hands-on experience with payroll, invoicing, and budgeting. This role requires someone who can ensure accurate financial management, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Prepare month-end financial statements, including journal entries to match revenue with costs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of debits, credits, and the accounting treatment of various transactions, including capitalization vs. expense.
• Oversee P&L and balance sheet accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of Construction Manager revenue vs. cost reports monthly.
