We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who specializes in financial data management —not an executive assistant role. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, organized, and confident working with numbers, reports, and financial tools.
- Manage and organize financial data, reports, and spreadsheets
- Perform audits and verify accuracy of financial records
- Track costs, expenses, and performance metrics
- Prepare financial summaries and data-driven insights
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure data integrity
- Work with Excel and accounting tools to generate reports
- Build and manage Pivot Tables , charts, and dashboards
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
