As a Carrier Booking Specialist III, your primary goal is to cover specific loads with carriers by identifying opportunities, negotiating rates, and ensuring excellent service. This role requires a combination of negotiation skills, market volatility knowledge, and the ability to understand and meet the unique needs of carriers and customers within your assigned region. You will take inbound calls from carriers, and you will make outbound calls to carriers. This position is Monday‑Friday, 07:00‑16:00. It may require working Mexican holidays and resting on US ones.
