BMS System / Triage Engineer Location: Pune ⏳ Experience: 6–8 Years ⚡ Joining Preference: Immediate / Early Joiners Open position:- 1 We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in HiL testing and HV Battery Management Systems (BMS) . Key Requirements: • 6 years of hands-on experience in HiL testing for HV BMS systems (OEM / Tier 1 / EV domain) • Strong knowledge of HV architecture – modules, cells, pack topology • Experience with contactor logic, pre-charge, discharge path, isolation monitoring & protection circuits • Understanding of HVIL, grounding architecture, and sensing principles (current/voltage/temp) • Hands-on with HiL platforms (dSPACE, NI PXI, Vector VT, BMCM rigs) • Strong debugging skills – simulation issues, timing overruns, signal integrity • Experience in triaging issues, defect management, and leading triage discussions • Good knowledge of CAN, LIN, DBC, FIBEX, ARXML & UDS diagnostics • Strong log analysis and root cause identification skills...
