BMC Remedy Developer

Your role

• We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong expertise in BMC Remedy ITSM, Java development, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 within a Windows Server 2012 environment. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise‑level applications and ITSM solutions.
• The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in Remedy development and integrations, along with strong backend programming and database management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using BMC Remedy (ITSM/Helix platform)
• Customize Remedy forms, workflows, filters, escalations, and Active Links
• Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java (J2EE/Spring preferred)
• Manage and optimize database operations in Microsoft SQL Server 2016
