You will lead technical workstreams that drive the integration of sensory feedback into product specifications while collaborating with multiple teams for successful tech transfer and production readiness.

• Own technical delivery for biomass and smoking technologies
• Optimize flavour delivery systems and infusion processes
• Develop quality improvement strategies for pre-rolls
• Lead stability assessments for infused products
