Job Number: R Bioinformatics Training Specialist The Opportunity Serve as a Bioinformatics Training Specialist supporting the adoption and enhancement of enterprise bioinformatics platforms and analytical tools. In this role, you will apply bioinformatics domain knowledge to create clear scientific and public health training materials for bioinformatics platforms and tools. Assist with product demonstrations, stakeholder briefings, and user engagement activities to support adoption and feedback, including user acceptance testing activities. Partner closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure bioinformatics platforms are user-centered, and work collaboratively to ensure user satisfaction, drive platform adoption, and deliver actionable solutions to a variety of support and operational challenges.
