Bioinformatics Support Scientist

The Role Basepair is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bioinformatics Support Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert technical assistance and ensuring their success with our bioinformatics platform. You will leverage your deep understanding of bioinformatics pipelines and software development to troubleshoot issues, guide users, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective technical support to Basepair customers via email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to bioinformatics analyses, pipeline execution, and software functionality. Apply hands-on knowledge of common bioinformatics pipelines and tools (e.g., RNA-seq, DNA-seq, variant calling, etc).
