Roles &Responsibilities
. Report to Project Manager, key responsibility to develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients using BIM software.
. Maintain precise and accurate BIM models from inception to project completion, including preparation for As-built Drawings.
. Preparation of 2D shop drawings for necessary submissions.
. Work with all stakeholders, including Consultants and Subcontractors, to resolve all technical issues.
. Ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved.
. Production of detailed plans, elevations and section drawings from BIM model
. Ensure timely delivery of drawings production for site progress are met
. Ensure BIM standards and Level of Development are implemented and adhered to
. Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is deemed necessary for project progression.
