BIM Modeller

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to support the design, coordination, and implementation of electronic security systems across various projects. This role will focus on developing accurate BIM models for ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Develop and maintain BIM models for ELV/security systems , including:
  • CCTV surveillance systems
  • Access control systems
  • Intrusion alarm systems
  • Intercom and related low-voltage systems
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models using BIM software (e.g., Revit)
• Collaborate with project engineers, consultants, and other trades (M&E, architectural, structural) to resolve design clashes
