BIM Modeller-MEP

Summary: We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller-MEP with experience in Construction MEP Contracting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models and drawings for MEP systems in construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Job Responsibility

1. Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient modeling.
3. Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in the design.
4. Generate accurate quantity take-offs and assist in project cost estimation.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
6. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM modeling for MEP systems.
