BIM Modeler: 3D Coordination & Shop Drawings

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Drafter to create and update 3D BIM models for construction and coordination in Beauty World, Singapore.

You will generate 2D fabrication drawings, prepare shop detail drawings for client/consultant approvals, and assist BIM Coordinators to verify model integrity against drawings and specifications. This role requires collaboration with site engineers and consultants and adherence to project documentation standards.
