Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for project.
- Lead and / or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
- Coordinate and collaborate on project wide BIM related matters with client and interfacing contractors and ensure design process and submissions comply with specifications and requirements
- Regular update and report on all BIM related activities' progress and status to the SO.
- Verify and rectify all BIM related challenges and issues in the project.
- Oversee and manage all BIM Software to be used in the project, and to rectify issues relating to BIM Software.
- Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.
