Responsibilities
- Manages the BIM process within a design or construction organization.
- Establishes and upholds BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
- Facilitates coordination and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely BIM data delivery.
- Trains and educates project teams on BIM technology and workflows.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves BIM-related issues and conflicts.
- Develops and maintains BIM documentation and reports.
- Ensures compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
- Oversees the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans for each project.
