Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM Estimation Engineer to support preconstruction and cost planning activities through the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting quantities from BIM models, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with design and construction teams, and ensuring accurate project cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models for quantity takeoff and cost estimation.
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs directly from BIM models using industry-standard software.
Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction projects.
