Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Reports to: BIM Manager / Project Manage

About: As the BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day BIM operations for a project team, working with production staff, the project manager, consultant, and trade partners. You will work closely with the office BIM Manager to implement workflows and ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and maintain the project BIM Execution Plan.
• Manage and monitor Data Sets (Room, Doors, Windows, etc).
• Perform Revit Models maintenance, including recreating models once a week, checking models for Revit warnings and proper view organization and other Revit/BIM standards, and purging unused families, groups, etc.
