BIM Coordinator - MEPF

Job Description

At WSP, we seek a skilled BIM Model Coordinator for mechanical, electrical, and sanitary (hydraulic) services. The role involves managing BIM models, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality and compliance with standards, and driving efficient delivery of design outputs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage small, medium, and large‑scale BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical and Sanitary (Hydraulic) services using Revit MEP and CAD; agree on drawing strategy, type, size, numbering, and propose production methods with project engineers.
• Assist the CAD/BIM Manager or Lead BIM Coordinator in estimating costs for CAD/BIM projects based on client inputs.
• Help agree on project schedules and delivery programs.
• Set up BIM models to project standards and liaise with Model Managers, Lead BIM Coordinator, and team members.
• Create work sets and work‑sharing methodologies in Revit models.
