About the Role
Responsibilities
- Work with project team to produce shop drawings, coordination drawings and as‑built drawings on Structural, Architectural and MEP aspects
- Maintaining and update the complete set of project drawings
- Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure adherence to project standards and protocols
- Manage the creation, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams
- Facilitate coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders using BIM tools
- Organise and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated data
- Conduct regular model audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to project managers and stakeholders
