BIM COORDINATOR — CONDITIONAL / BIM PROJECTS
WORK LOCATION: IRVINE, CA
Role summary:
Leads BIM coordination on K-12 projects that require 3D model coordination. Manages composite model development from Level 200 (design team handoff) up to Level 400 in coordination with Prime Trade Contractors. Runs weekly clash detection and coordination meetings.

Qualifications:
- BIM coordination experience
- NavisWorks proficiency
- REVIT or similar BIM platforms
- LOD 400 modeling experience
- MEP coordination and clash detection experience
- TK-12 school facility experiences preferred
