BIM Coordinator (Architecture/ Revit)

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with architects and project teams in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with BIM standards, guidelines, and relevant government regulatory requirements.
Manage BIM processes, implementation strategies, best practices, and related digital tools to support project delivery.
Develop and maintain BIM design models and project documentation using Revit and other BIM software.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and model integration.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM (Revit) project implementation.
Successfully completed Revit-based projects.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite software, particularly Revit Architecture.
